Terrible management company, maintenance issues get ignored for months. My ceiling collapsed due to work on the roof that I was not informed about. The collapse spread dust and debris throughout my entire studio apartment. It took my property manager, Joanie Klein, more than 24 hours to get back to me about what was going on. They claimed they couldn't get inside to clean up because I changed the locks (which never happened). Please run from this management company. My daughter had the worst experience ever they only want your money will not respond to emails or phone calls. RUN!
I wish there was a 0 rating I could give this company. Joanie Klein and her team are rude and unprofessional (especially Andre the maintenance guy). They took over management of a property a family member of mine had been residing in 3 years prior and increased the rent by $600. There have been no upgrades made to said property since they’ve been managing it. They attempted an illegal lock out which the police had to be called to tell them they were committing a crime.
