medallion properties is a joke to me. what I noticed that if a management company have to get you in a two-year lease it's a reason it because it's a reason behind it. now I'm not a very confrontational person medallion property has old units that they don't want to put work into last winter me and my children had to heat up our whole house with heaters provided by medallion and my stove which I have pictures also. They do not manage their properties and constantly lie about when they will be out to do repairs. My mother has called numerous times about the roof being repaired and also about foundation issues however they still have not made the repairs but had the nerve to call her and ask her to remove a bad review she gave on their services
I have to to say that the Manager Joanie Klein has been the most helpful in assisting me during all my needs from beginning to end. She has worked around my schedule . Best customer service you could ask for.
