I would First Like to Thank Joanie. She has been a pleasure to Lease under. Very understanding and Professional. I was a previous tenant for 2 years. When Something needed to be done she got it done. Talk about Standing on Business. On the flip side very sweet woman. She felt more like family. The way she talks to me has always been respectful. 5 Stars Medallion Property Management. Do not hire this property manger to manage your property!
Can never get in touch with anyone. Communication is horrible. Our air conditioning unit went out and they were very unconcerned. The management told us we were responsible for replacing their air conditioning unit. They were very cold and told us that was not their problem. The worst management team ever.
medallion properties is a joke to me. what I noticed that if a management company have to get you in a two-year lease it's a reason it because it's a reason behind it. now I'm not a very confrontational person medallion property has old units that they don't want to put work into last winter me and my children had to heat up our whole house with heaters provided by medallion and my stove which I have pictures also. They had to replace my whole furnace because it was only heating the downstairs in my living room and that my u... read more
