Do not rent or buy from here they are ripping our home away from us after 7 years of never being late on any payments. They took our down-payment and we are only 3 years away from paying off our trailer. I am a disabled purple heart veteran that this company is doing this to.
I was really excited to get started with a whole new life including moving into a home with a better school district. My first experience with medallion was iffy. I had a tour schedules and no one showed up or answered the phone. When I was finally able to reschedule, I saw the unit and did an application the same day. I have a review of (1) star, if you can rate this property with anything less than a (1) I would have given it. This management company is horrible. Everything is submitted through the company portal, which goes unnoticed for months. It states the request was received but NO action or feedback ever given. They only sends a reminder for rent (faithfully). Any repairs are not being honored. If you call the company to ask questions, the receptionist will answer the phone, drop the call and forward you to voicemail.They are very... read more
Very unprofessional. Setup a showing and the broker never showed. It took for me to text to find out he wasn’t going to make it. Pitiful and a waste of time stay away.
This Management company is HORRIBLE! The Manager Jayr never returns calls. The previous owners lost the property so I have no contact with them. I lived at the property for 6 years, no issues, no late or missed payments. I left the place in GREAT condition and I even continued to pay through the end of my lease even though I had already purchased a home in which I was also paying for.
