I have a review of (1) star, if you can rate this property with anything less than a (1) I would have given it. This management company is horrible. Everything is submitted through the company portal, which goes unnoticed for months. It states the request was received but NO action or feedback ever given. They only sends a reminder for rent (faithfully). Any repairs are not being honored. Very unprofessional. Setup a showing and the broker never showed. It took for me to text to find out he wasn’t going to make it. Pitiful and a waste of time stay away.
This Management company is HORRIBLE! The Manager Jayr never returns calls. The previous owners lost the property so I have no contact with them. I lived at the property for 6 years, no issues, no late or missed payments. I left the place in GREAT condition and I even continued to pay through the end of my lease even though I had already purchased a home in which I was also paying for. 1st of all I thank God 4 allowing me 2 keep my home 2nd I thank my property manager Joanie 4 being patient with me and allowing me 2 stay in my unit ,they were very patient about the situation and worked with me 2 keep my home thank u Joanie.
Very Disappointing on the Transition of Becoming New Tenants of Medallion..Locksmith Only Changed my Front DeadBolt and Not ALL the Locks in One Visit..Was Told to Till the Following Monday..Meanwhile My Front Door Safety is a Issue..Only Left One Key When There is Two of Us in the Household..Then Im Told Can I Come and Burn My Gas to Their Office to Retreive a 2nd Key..First Impressions This Transition Get a D-..I See Things Will Get Worst Before They Get Better!
