I cannot rate high enough! I have had multiple rings resized here, and today I picked up a pearl ring. It was missing a pearl in a spot that wasn't particularly obvious or noticeable. I only asked for it to be resized but the jeweler actually found a pearl that perfectly match the others (not an easy thing to do, as they were unusual in shape and size) and just replaced it!
