My experience with Medallion from technicians, to the best office staff ever , was stellar. My installers were able to take care of some additional issues from the original pool installation that made everything more efficient . The owner spent a good amount of time with me on the phone to make sure that the product chosen was exactly what was needed. WOW is all I can say!! I had one issue with my pool heater and Jim and all the staff at Medallion were awesome even though I was the other side of the country, they helped in every factor in getting my issues solved over the phone and this is all they asked for payment....this is the second time they helped me and I hope one day to meet Jim and his staff and shake their hand....thank you thank you!!
This company is great! The owner/CEO, Jim Diroff is a gentleman and knows his product inside out. He walked me through a technical issue over the and resolved the problem in 5 minutes.
