DO NOT ORDER from Medallion Depot. Upon placing my order I was told my order will be shipped within 3-4 weeks which was fine. 4 weeks passed, I called to get the status of the shipment which I was told they were running behind in production and will be shipped the next 5 days (which was another lie). Finally, after 2 months of waiting; I called to cancel my order because they had no intention of shipping my order. I was told that my money was refunded which was not true. Not even sure this is a real company. I emailed their team twice a week for 7 weeks and they still haven't even gotten us the CAD images we paid for. We missed the deadline of our job and wasted a ton of time. Do not risk your time or your money here

This is week 3 of no response to my emails and phone calls we have yet to receive a call or order confirmation. You better believe the charge has gone through. So we have paid for a product we have not even received a confirmation for. The number listed on the website rings and no one answers. I have left messages that have gone unanswered. To this date we have not received an order confirmation because no one will call us or confirm the order. Buy elsewhere. This is not how you want to spend your time and money.
