Mike, the owner of medallion lab, not a pleasant guy to work with. Very rude to my staff, gave contradictory information to me and my team which caused set backs and delays with pt treatment and costs to my business. He didn’t give 2 craps about that. Took 0 Accountability. Overall very poor customer experience which was shocking as I was wanting a 5k service to be performed and treated me and my OM like garbage.
