I’ve lived here for over 5 years. In the last year, we transferred to a 2 bedroom townhome. When we moved in the carpet was FILTHY. I ended up in the emergency room with an alergic reaction with zero apologies or empathy from the management. They made an “exception” to replace the carpet. They have also increased rent to the maximum allowable possible after 1 year. Tenants pay for all utilities. There’s no AC. No washer dryer in units.
