OMG what a terrible Condo Management company, rude and very uncooperative staff. I have been in Real Estate business since 1980, have dealt with dozens of Property Management but have never come across such a terrible Condo Management. We are stuck with them at Jutland Square but will stay away if we ever see their names.
I had been quite happy with this company, aside from usually having to follow up more than once with Wes, our manager. However, after selling my townhouse in August and notifying Wes, I was still charged a maintenance fee for next month. Today, 3.5 months and many emails later, I am still awaiting a refund, however, did not even get a response to my last email.
Our brokers Andrew Walkey and Dave Elliot of Medallion Group Insurance we’re an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a bit of a complex situation involving different policies and vehicles with a timeline and Dave promptly led us to Andrew who not only kept us well informed with detailed info and information and steps we needed to take, but did it all with incredible promptness and friendliness.
