Medallion townhomes. RUN from this place. No air conditioner. it's super super hot. Toilet system sucks. Neighbors constantly steal packages. The washers are always broken. Old building, electrical issues, septic system issues, trashy place, NO A/C maintenance super slow to respond. We havent had hot water all week! Still nothing. And yet my rent just went up another $170 . run!
