Homes are beautiful from the outside, however the subcontracting is absolutely terrible. 2 years later and we are still waiting for warranty items to be fixed. For example tiles in the bathroom with barcodes showing. Very poor quality finishes. Not to mention forgot to paint the bottom of the house, touched it up with wrong paint color and refuse to fix it. What makes this company the worst is they are extremely unprofessional and the owner uses intimidation tactics to get buyers to back down on warranty requests. I do not r... read more
