Bought a house in 2020. Looked beautiful… from afar. Being an out of state buyer I couldn’t track quality of work being done and I arrived to do the walkthrough 10 mins before I had to be at closing. My wife and I searched for more than a year in Stuart for the perfect home for us. Then we found the Metalist Building Group. After viewing a few homes they had under construction, we found a project they had just started with the perfect lot and model with the right floor plan for us. We were able to work directly with Jessica and Jeremy to make the house our home. Been in our home now almost 5 years and are very happy with the high end quality. Thank you Jessica and Jeremy!!
