Embarrassing Disaster. The medals that were made for our President's Club Awards were outstanding. Beautifully crafted and remained true to the design that we submitted, and of excellent quality. The ribbons that we received however were an embarrassing disaster. The colors were completely off, our font had been completely altered and looked awful, and the ribbons were sewn incorrectly therefore not allowing the medals to lay flat when worn. Customer Service afterwards...0 Stars.
Not sure, if you bought out Northwest Territorial Mint then why not a larger selection of challenge coins. If your business is in volume selling and not one each then ignore this comment.

Their Customer Service is poor. Our order asked for medals to be delievered August 1. Just received a calltoday that they will be delivered August 28---4 weeks from when they were due. Their CEO, Jerry Moran, does not even have the courtesy of returning a call or answering an email despite multiple attempts to reach him.
From Olympic Medallions, Presidential coins, Federal Agency coins ohhhh and lets not forget the awesome display cases for your coins these guys do it all. One stop shopping. Just draw out a stick figure and a concept and they will transform it into a work of ART.
I have always had wonderful work done by Medalcraft Mint, but I find that in their decision to no longer produce stock work, they will not even accept my order under a custom status - even though I have increased my totals to meet their minimum requirements and timelines, along with the price doubling on the product.
