My boyfriend (Robert) is in need of health insurance and needs medical treatment.. We were searching online, this place somehow got my Robert's phone number and called him offering health insurance and convinced him to pay $134 to start and would refer him to a doctor. Robert informed the guy he is in alot of pain and needs a primary doctor. Robert called the doctor's office to make an appointment. Inexpensive just takes time. Customer service very helpful
I gave this review some time ago and will repeat it as I have the same issues!!! No return calls, no meds, no idea if my order is in process other than they have my money! Very poor follow up customer service Attempted to call customer service several times and had lo luck getting through so left messages with no return call. They are very friendly and somewhat helpful when I do talk to someone! They are quick to charge me for my order but I have no idea where it is!
Communication was great!
Great find. Easy to order scripts. Can follow up via email, portal or Facebook.
