This is Horrible place to go!!! I brought my husband here we Sat forever In Room He Had Severe Shoulder pain and the Doctor didnt seem to care at all !!!!! Said would Do A Referral and We didn't even get to ask Questions ⁉️ He was in and out !!!!!! I wouldn't take my Gold Fish Here !!!!!!!!

My son suffered a sports related injury at practice on a Sunday afternoon (8/17/25), we live 3 counties away and he couldn’t wait until the next day to be seen. NGPG Urgent Care was the only place open and luckily for us they were right across the street from the ball field and seen him immediately. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, and nurse practitioner were wonderful. They were so easy to work with, professional, and compassionate to my son’s needs and those of myself. I highly recommend.
I was very pleased with the professional and care from the nurses and the Physicians Assistant. Kandi quickly diagnose the issue with my foot. Everyone was so friendly and I felt so relaxed. My foot is improving, no longer quite so swollen and red from the insect bite. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. Robert Ludwig
Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Super nice staff. They were really fast and told me what was going on the whole time. The PA told me everything she was doing while removing a cyst.
