I have been treated professionally and all my health issues addressed here for almost 10 years. Special shout out to NP Carolina Thomas for going above and beyond with compassion and expert care.
My son suffered a sports related injury at practice on a Sunday afternoon (8/17/25), we live 3 counties away and he couldn’t wait until the next day to be seen. NGPG Urgent Care was the only place open and luckily for us they were right across the street from the ball field and seen him immediately. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, and nurse practitioner were wonderful. They were so easy to work with, professional, and compassionate to my son’s needs and those of myself. I highly recommend.
I was very pleased with the professional and care from the nurses and the Physicians Assistant. Kandi quickly diagnose the issue with my foot. Everyone was so friendly and I felt so relaxed. Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Super nice staff. They were really fast and told me what was going on the whole time. The PA told me everything she was doing while removing a cyst.
I went in tonight to see if I could get some help to feel better from what I thought was a sinus infection and found out I have a strep infection. When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant receptionist who knows her job well. 2 nurses checked me in who were just super professional and caring.
