The medical care was timely. The woman working the front desk was rude and admonished me twice for not hearing my name. I read on the online registration that I would be called by text into the building at my treatment time. I watched may place in the que and my text messages carefully. I walked in when it said I had 30 min left to wait and 4 people ahead of me. The staff was very friendly ,nice and caring. The response time was very quick. The physician on staff was very professional and all around great doctor. He's was very caring and attentive to his patients. i would highly recommend the Medac at Porters Neck to my family and friends
