We are truly grateful for the services they provide for our homebound patients when it comes blood work needed to be done at home. They are organized and efficient when it comes to scheduling appointments with patients. We can't thank them enough for their services.
I called to confirm with Jennifer as to when she would be here. It was a fasting test that was to be done before 9am. We were ready and she never called or showed up?? Will never use this service again!!! When you have a very sick patent that you have to get ready for this and then they do not show, not acceptable.
