HOSPITALIZED FOR BURNS!!! Issue #1: (Unexperienced nurses) I had the worst experience at this place. The nurse burned my entire body with the machine. I had to go straight to the hospital. I could not even wear my clothes due to how bad the burns were. I asked the nurse to turn down the machine and she told me she did but it seemed like the laser was still very hot and was burning my skin. Rip Off I??m a client with Med Weight and in November the nurse called me and said they have a FREE consultation so I went ahead and schedule an appointment then after the appointment came to find out the nurse charge my visa $100.00 so when I question the nurse she said the DR wrote you a prescription and for that we charge you, I said but you did not say that upfront and I gave her back the prescription then she said I will check with the DR to see if she can refund your money and I will call you next week and when she did... read more
rude Dr. O'Reilly is a very friendly person. The laser hair technicians are all very friendly and helpful. However, front end receptionists are extremely rude and dont know a thing about professionalism or how to treat "customers/patients". They dont care about you one bit and sound like they are bitter bitches. They really give the practice a bad taste in my mouth and i would not recommend this place to any of my friends , so long as they are working there. Laser hair removal I came here to get laser hair removal done. Although they do much more, I cannot comment about their other services. They have a lifetime warranty on all hair removal jobs. That means that anytime in your life, the hair grows back in the area you had laser done, you can come back and get free treatment. This is an excellent incentive for me. I haven't had any problems yet!
