Just found out they don't cover vaccines. Vaccines are preventative maintenance, I don't understand why they wouldn't cover vaccines. I consider this ridiculous. I will be speaking to my employer about going with a different insurance provider.
They “lost my policy”????? FYI if you don’t call them back constantly they will blow you off. Terrible!
Piss poor customer service. Representatives have attitudes, and are not willing to help; they want to pass the blame on to others, just like the kids.
We dealt with Joe here at medtrak and he went wayyyyy out of his way to get my husbands medicine. Very professional. From now on we will be calling for joe if we need anything.
