I live in Colorado and am on oxygen. These people listened to my concerns and compassionately helped me get the best and correct tubing. Mike told me how this connecting tubing was created (he designed it) and when I called back because the source here in Colorado couldn't help me, the other two people with whom I spoke helped me get what I needed through their company! I cannot say enough good about these folks! There is so much caring and support which has all but disappeared from today's society. Thank you all, so much!
