Monica called ahead to let us know she was coming,arrived on time,was a complete pro how she handles herself & responds to questions. There was a concern. She immediately got in touch with her management & resolved the issue. There needs to be more caring professional people like her. Kudos to Monica.
Monica Stevens, phlebotomist, has come to our home for probably a couple years now. She has to be thee nicest, friendliest most compassionate human on this earth!! She does not hurt my mom which is a miracle because her skin is extremely sensitive. My mom said: “Shell, she is so gentle you can BARELY feel it”.. well she would be rite because Monica also drew me as well and she is a one in a million!! When to Pennsauken Office and Iris did my blood she was so professional and kind. I will come back to her.
I had my labs drawn at the Pennsauken office, Iris was great, got me first try, sweet made the expierence much better!!
The phlebotomist Hulda (Iris) is absolutely the best she is so kind and gentle when it comes to all of my family’s blood draws especially when it comes to the hard sticks she does it with ease. She is such an important asset to Med Tech Lab there needs to be more hard-workers like her, I appreciate all she has done and will continue to do for the lab. Definitely a keeper.
