Dr. Cheong, is the best!! Hands down the most caring and compassionate Dr I have ever had. I’m so glad I found room on her roster.
I’m very thankful to have a wonderful doctor at this location. However, I have a difficult time with the support workers who take your BP, weight and height. I’ve recently had to visit my doctor a bit more frequently and have had this experience every time. They will take my BP and I can tell by their reaction on their face that it’s not an ideal number. How does a doctors office receive so many negative reviews? No one is there to answer the phone. Took time to read reviews while I sat aimlessly on the phone, owners should subsidize parking if its out of their control. They keep trying to redirect blame, take responsibility. all staff seem horrible to deal with, whoever is replying to these reviews is clearly delusional.
