I have been a patient of Dr. Cheong for less than a year now and am so happy I have her. She is the most delightful person, always listens and acts on any/all of any health concerns I may have. I cant express enough how thankful I am. I have never encountered any issues with the front desk staff. they are always pleasant and respectful. I thought I would put my 2 cents worth in as I don't think the overall rating really reflects the credibility of this clinic. I couldn't be happier.
I had a very disappointing experience at MedTeam Clinic. The service felt rushed and impersonal, and I did not feel that my concerns were treated with the level of care and attention patients deserve. I needed medical forms completed, but they were filled out without sufficient attention to detail, resulting in missing signatures and incomplete sections. The reception desk was great during my last appointment. I got in only a few mins past my appointment time. Dr Mai is straight to the point, no BS. I like that. Prognosis was on point, got what I needed and walked out. It felt like walking into Walmart, getting what I needed and headed home. Love it!
Walk-in is pretty bad. Even when it seems there is no one in the wait line, they dont call you. For people with appointments with family doctors, they dont even finish registering at the window and they are called. This does show that doctor was available but only for people with family doctors. Why have a walkin with this partiality? Its an issue in the way this system works. They dont assign you a family doctor, family doctor takes years and when you go to walk-ins, they make you feel like it’s your fault for not having on... read more
