Dodd Tilman E Md - Med Stop Urgent Care is a great doctor. Great doctor. Met with him a time at Med Stop. Helped me understand what i needed to do to recover from an injury, put my mind at ease, explained things well, and gave me great recommendations.
I finally decided to go to Medstop after having a fever for 3 days. My wait time was approx. 1 hr. and 45 min. It was worth the wait and after I was seen, I realized I could make an appt. for my next visit. I was seen by Dr. Brian Roberts. He was wonderful and I never felt rushed. He took his time, asking me questions listening to me, and explaining my options in detail. Because I have a new granddaughter, he suggested a test to confirm my virus. They told me that I had a Influenza-like illness and sent me home with no meds. Turns out I have influenza A and pneumonia. People are nice, but for the price I paid, I'd rather have had a better diagnosis.
Love the doctor that treated my son. She was amazing. Highly recommend
This place sucks... Never treated like what I had with this place. Doctors are fine but front and back office personnel are inexperience in handling patient care. They don't care if patient is upset. These staff need to under go customer service training. Besides I never waited for almost 4 hours in any urgent care here in central coast except MED-STOP!!!!!!!
This is hands down the best urgent I have ever been to. I met Dr Roberts and he is amazing as well as the staff. You won't be disappointed. I am very thankful they toil amazing care of my son. Thank you Med Stop!!
