VERY GOOD FROM 1 TO 10- 7
My experience was very different from other reviews EVERYBODY very polite and patient not rude at all and helped everyone I seen quickly and efficiently especially the lady with glasses she was the nicest and was very patient with me as it took about a hour for me to be ready…if you have negative energy then don’t complain when you receive it back
The first time I went to this place they screwed up my urine test. Then I had to go take an observed test because the lady let the temperature go down too far on my urine. The second time I left my debit card there and one of the nurses use my debit card twice
There are a lot of people here for a drug test and more walking in. The lady takes one person at a time and the other lady just walks around. How is there only 1 person here for drug tests I don’t understand…
This old lady once again but this time without the glasses tries telling me that my urine is warm but there’s no temp reading I said ok I will go again she said no we will have to send you to Bolingbrook for a observed test just because something was wrong with the temp strip. I’ve spent over $80 to get to this location than another $67 back to my place what a waste I will make sure I never come to this location again.
