The people who work for this ambulance company need more training and they need it FAST! I got picked up in Fairhope very early Saturday morning with severe abdominal pain and fainting. Your driver told my husband “yeah we can take her but all they’re going to do is give her fluids and watch her.” What medical school did he attend that gives him the credentials to make such a statement?? Was forever grateful for them taking care of me. They were compassionate and kept me calm. I don’t remember their names but it was a woman and a man. This happened November 2nd, on my birthday around 2 am if that can narrow it down, but these guys need a raise!

I just witnessed a Medstar ambulance, unit 024, speed up to run a red light at the intersection of Spring Hill Drive and Infirmary Drive in Mobile. To be clear, this was NOT an emergency, their lights were NOT on, they did it just because. The light was fully red for at least 2 seconds when they flew through the intersection. Extremely negligent and dangerous driving. August 8, 2024.
