This place went down hill FAST. A year ago I would’ve given 5 stars- all the staff was super friendly and helpful and you could get an appt within a week. One day I walked in and every single person was new! Since then it’s impossible to get an appt and the service is sub par. I’ve been calling for weeks to use a $500 credit I have there and no one is answering so I’m assuming they went out of business with everyone’s money.
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I was a client of theirs for over a year before their shady business ways caught up with them leaving them. I could not be more disappointed in this place now! A few months ago I would have given a 4 star, 5 if hours were more accommodating for the people who do not work from home. It was hard to get to my appointments, but I made it by the skin of my teeth! I loved all the girls and I thought the treatment were good, but where did they all go!? I had just moved here and came in for Botox to freeze my forehead. I was told I needed 55 units to freeze my forehead. The injector bruised me pretty badly which lasted a week. Two weeks later from appt, I had to go back to get it fixed because I could still raise my eyebrows. Then 4 weeks later, I could move my entire forehead so when I finally got a chance to speak to somebody to discuss at 6 weeks, after multiple calls, they said my only option is to buy more units.
