I was in town for Christmas and my mask was damaged I called them and provided my info and they had me a replacement ready to go .The staff at Med South was extremely helpful and thoughtful.they literally saved my vacation I can’t say enough about how awesome they are

First time interacting with Med-South in Foley, AL. Wanted to pay for an electric wheelchair in full for a friend. He told us the pay-off amount. Called Mid-South, and they gave a different amount. Make sure if you call for pay-off info, that they pull the paperwork and give you a pay-off quote with the taxes included. The customer was told how much to pay to own the chair. When we called we were told that was what she thought he owed off the top of her head. Just make sure that you get "complete" total.

Impressive! I was escorted to a private room to get my new cpap. I appreciated this level of confidentiality. The associate had the room prepared for my appointment. She brought to my attention a folder which held information on supply ordering, phone numbers, insurance policies. Forms that required my signature were also ready. So efficient. Thank you for your great service and professional care. TY
