Was not looking forward to starting the use of a Cpap but once I met Lorie and she explained and demonstrated everything to me I was comfortable and ready to start!

Our service man , Jay, was very polite, very informative, and made sure not to leave until I knew everything about the equipment that he was leaving. He was also very prompt, when we needed this before my dad got home from the hospital. He was there!! He also assured me that anytime I forgot something or had any questions that I could call and they would find him and he would call me back. He’s a great ambassador for your company!!
I am on vacation and had an emergency need for a piece of medical equipment. The staff at MedSouth were very nice and helpful and had just what I needed!!!! Thank you MedSouth for your help and kindness! Give them an opportunity to serve you!
