It was a very pleasant experience. Lorie was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. After I chose the mask Lorie showed me step by step how to use my new CPAP and explained the insurance coverage. When we were done Lorie helped me take my new machine and paperwork and load it into my car. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Medsouth to anyone.
