This is getting ridiculous. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Harvey for 10 years and I’ve never had an issue. Recently they switched nurses and his nurse Diana does not like to return calls or answer portal messages. I’ve been trying to get a refill for my meds and I’m having the hardest time. Walgreens had even submitted the request and they never answer back. I literally had to drive up to the office once on my lunch break and got to the nurses station.
