If I could leave LESS than one star, I would. On several different occasions, there were problems with a prescription that I was having The Med Shop fill for me. This particular medicine is for pain that was caused by a doctor at Longview Regional. When The Med Shop failed, once again in filling my prescription, I asked to speak to the person in charge. Been going here for like 6 months no friendly nor polite quiet frankly I feel really out of place when I come here. Employee walked in the restroom on me after I asked if I could use the restroom I do not know why he thought was taking place.. He never apologized nor acknowledged the fact that I was in the restroom and he was standing in the back when I asked where it was yes it gives an old time feel one that I’m very familiar with and I know I’m not the only one that feels this way…. 12/10/2025 between 3pm and 4:45pm
