When I worked for med as a commissioned S/O know one trained me at a post . I had to train myself. After 6 months at the same post I asked for a pay raise , I was told too wait. I asked other security officers about this and they told me good luck in that. I resigned after 9 months of employment. I wouldn't recommend anyone too work for this company. Inhouse security pays more.
