Place is hidden in plain sight off of Main St. Better have your GPS ready! This place treated me with professionalism and respect. I was weighed, had my blood pressure taken, did a grip test with both hands and an eye exam by the professional nurse. I think they're committing insurance fraud when ssa sends you there for reviews. They don't do anything they are supposed to like for example if ssdi tells them to examine you for a review. They don't. They are collecting money for weighing you basically and dealing with rude ass employees. They take your blood pressure the wrong way where you won't even get an accurate reading. This is by far the most worst place you can ever go. We went to get an xray for my grandpa who is a non english speaker and my sister went in to help translate . Paul one of the employees there is by far so rude, mean, unproffessional and inhumane person and a piece of garbage. He aggressively yelled at my disabled / special needs sister who has a hard time getting around too get out because there was so many people in the lobby when only 2 chairs were taken. He yelled many many times where other patients can hear him. Pleas... read more

They do not attend people with disabilities if you are wondering. Also, staff screams at you when you break the rules they make up on the spot. Would not recommend this place under any circumstance.
