On July 3rd, 2024, A paracentesis procedure was scheduled for My mom on July 5th to alleviate her severe pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, MED-PRO canceled the transport service on the afternoon of July 3rd without notice. This cancellation was the day before a major holiday, and finding alternative transportation was nearly impossible. Confirmed a transport and never contacted me when they canceled the ride leaving my father stranded at discharge from a rehab center. They had lots of excuses, blaming staff. But bottom line - the transport was out of their service area and their operator should have known that in the first place.
I am on week three of training for this company. I cannot say enough nice things. Every single solitary person that I have met is kind, courteous, and so unbelievably respectful. I have seen firsthand how the drivers treat the customers/patients that they pick up. Cheerful, respectful, professional, and kind.
