Brought my Daughter here to this greenbelt location this morning with severe stomach pains. The young girl at the desk didn’t even ask what was wrong etc she just checked to see if my daughter up to see if she was a patient or not and she was not. So she had me fill out like 8 pages of information, I finish the paperwork and hand them back to her. Like two minutes later she tells me the doctor there don’t see kids. My children and i have been going here for years and i have never had a good experience with our appointments. Ive always waited at least 2 hours each time. I have been left on hold for over 45 min before. I can never get a call back. If i need my prescriptions called in it takes 24 to 48 hours. 1 star is all i can offer necause once you get in the back....... they are wonderful.... i love the location on 410 and 450..... i will never go to greenbelt location again
Went in to be seen for what I knew was an inner ear problem. Saw a P.A. & explained my symptoms in detail and after looking in my ears she said oh it's not your inner ear it's your migraines and seizures. I explained to her I have never had auras as such and I am currently getting another bad headache because her perfume is extremely strong and it's making me ill, she said oh well I am going to refer you to a neurologist and gave 2 prescriptions for pain and motion sickness (why when it's not my inner ear). This is a family one stop medical servicing express health care. 4 generation of women are serviced in my family. You are we taken care of will absolutely love it here. My kids have been coming here before they were born. Best foctors in the whole wide world.
