I would like to share a VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE I had with Christy, the manager at Med One. My walker broke right before this past 4th of July weekend. My doctor put in a STAT order due to I cannot walk without a walker. Unfortunately, there were none in the state and it had to be ordered from Utah. With it being only a 4-day work week, it made it a bit more challenging for the walker to come in. The walker came in on the 14th day. Horrible, horrible company. If you can, you should use Byram for your medical supplies. This company does not care one bit about their clients!!!

Should you need a communication device for a family member that is unable to vocalize there needs/wants, DO NOT seek to purchase this device from these folks. MedOne sources these device needs from a 3rd party company named "Lincare" in which severely administratively lock down these devices from being able to customize the device to your loved ones care. We are so fortunate to have MedOne in network with our insurance. My experience with MedOne has been so much better than the prior DME company we were with (Preferred Homecare). MedOne actually picks up the phone! Their customer service is friendly and actually knows how things work. When there's an issue with the insurance or the physician, MedOne actually calls me to let me know and to explain how to solve the issue, instead of making me call them to check in.
