Just got my flu shot at Med One. The staff couldn’t be more professional. Last week, after my surgery, I was able to fill a new prescription on my way home. They were quick and courteous regarding my situation. It was wonderful! Lisa, Rebecca & Monica, thank you for everything! 😊
The folks at Med One go way beyond my expectations with respect to customer service. Their positive attitude and outgoing friendliness is amazing. You can't help but feel great after leaving the place. They take care of any insurance issues that may come up, you can refill online, and get text messages when your prescription is ready. What more can anyone ask for? I'm sure glad they're here in Middletown.
