Delivery and set up was a long painful process that took four separate visits. I am still not fully satisfied with the bed, It appears tilted to one side consistently. Disappointed that you couldn’t use more than one function at a time on the remote. Overall underwhelmed. Recently reached out again regarding issues and was told “sorry we can’t find a better solution” they aren’t concerned that the bed leans and I was told “it only does when someone is in it” It’s a bed so someone is supposed to be in it. Kurt that works for Med Mart sells products from this manufacturer. He provided excellent customer service and went over and beyond to assist me and my mother with the purchase of a new hospital bed that was much needed. He made my online experience a great one and I would recommend that anyone use Med Mart services.
We needed a part for our bed. Jeff from technical support was wonderful to listen and determine the problem. He ordered the correct part and it arrived in less than a week. A big thanks to Jeff and Med Mizer!
