RecommendedI was there this morning. I was seen by Monica Williams FNP who was very nice and professional. From the front desk to the young ladies that checked me in, got my vital signs and did my eye exam were very friendly and professional. Thank you all you gave me excellent service. I highly recommend them and will go there again if the need arises. Thank you so very much
The staff was not friendly nor welcoming. Not one person said hello or good morning. While waiting for appointment, the PA came in and was very friendly and he did seem to be very thorough. I thanked them for being available upon check out because many offices were closing due to the weather and I appreciated a fair self pay rate but I would not likely return.
Once again I have received outstanding treatment and nothing but courteous and helpful staff on site to answer any and all of my questions I am so thankful for the great staff they have assembled there that's why I won't go anywhere else.
I've been having such BAD experiences at Edgewater Medical Center in Lillington (for the past few years every time I go, there's a different PA that I've seen and that gets very frustrating) So anyway when I found a great PA Sarah Vick who works there and has been familiar with the incident I've been having, I recently found out she moved to this office in Holly Springs, well there was only one thing to do... follow her and leave the Harnett County office. Dr. Zack Baker is the best Dr. that I have ever. I would have given up if it wasn't for him taking time to listen and show that he cares enough to work with me and research my condition instead of throwing random pills and me like I have experienced in the past. I have been a patient hear for a few years know and I couldn't imagine my life without his help.
