The other reviews are right - Medinc as a "medical supply company" does pretty poorly at the actual "supply" part. I have been trying to get refills on my supplies for six months. Numerous calls and texts where I'm told someone will reach out to me/they'll ensure the supplies are shipped. They do not call me back, and do not send the supplies. This company is hindering my care. I called them on a Tuesday for my portable oxygen tank, they told me I had to wait until my route day, which is a Monday to get my tank. Monday came and at 3:30pm I called them because they still hadn't arrived. It's now Tuesday and they still haven't brought it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS! I will be filing a complaint with the state health department and anyone else I can think of against this company
Reading the reviews on MED Inc. (Rotech). My experience! My wife was recently discharged from Hospital having had Edema and Pneumonia in lungs. Her new Pulmonary Dr. Ordered Oxygen supplements. We started out with bottles, tank, and in-home Oxygen Concentrator. She uses a Rollator and the in-home with 40 ft. Hose was very difficult. Her Pulmonary Dr. Ordered the Portable Oxygen Accumulator.
