I went to the company today to resolve a problem they had caused by one of their workers, but I was treated very badly by the manager herself. This place has terrible customer service.
I had an issue with another company that had charged my card by did not deliver the oxygen BUT would not refund my money! Thanks to Tiara & Kia they took care of it right away, called the other company on my behalf & my card was credited immediately! These ladies went out of their way & took the extra time to help me. Very helpful each time I called & very nice staff when I went into the office!!
I would like to give a GREAT shout out to Tevin and Jamie for really hanging in there these last 2 days with me and my mom and making sure she got her oxygen both days. Those 2 worked really great with me and my cousin and explaining everything that was happening and where we were with the deliveries. So thank you so much I appreciate you.
My technician was Cory Terry and he kind and patient with us. Explaining the way to use the equipment and answering our questions. I highly recommend this company!
Cory Terry came to check on my equipment and was really nice. He’s super knowledgeable about the machines and how they help me to breathe. One of the nicest people I’ve met in a very long time.
