I have been trying to contact company numerous times without success to pick up an oxygen concentrator and a portable oxygen tank. My physician faxed an order to pick up in January. I am ready to complain to Medicare
I can’t give them low enough stars. They came and changed out my equipment which was fine. But them they took my full oxygen tanks and left me with empty ones. And now can’t get them on the phone

I was discharged from the hospital and required to have oxygen at home. Med Inc was the company who was supplying the oxygen equipment. There were some bumps in the road along the way working with this company but it all worked out in the end because of their outstanding employee Aaron Maddox.
