Worst customer service, I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my issues resolved with no help. They force you to use their specialty pharmacy which is also terrible. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my medication.
Always denying and delaying my prescriptions. Very frustrating. Customer service reps are nice but have no power. Their website sucks too.
I’m so done. I can’t get any prescriptions filled . Everything needs a PA . My doctor is over it and probably won’t see me anymore.

They will play with your health! They keep transferring my specialty prescription from place to place, then blame my doctors office for not getting back with the "pharmacist" who wants to "verify" the prescription. It's pretty standard and straightforward so maybe you people should stop playing with my health!!
