I’m so done. I can’t get any prescriptions filled . Everything needs a PA . My doctor is over it and probably won’t see me anymore.

They will play with your health! They keep transferring my specialty prescription from place to place, then blame my doctors office for not getting back with the "pharmacist" who wants to "verify" the prescription. It's pretty standard and straightforward so maybe you people should stop playing with my health!!

As several others have mentioned, MedImpact provides horrible service. I've now had to make 8 phone calls to them regarding a prior authorization. Unlike other administrators, they do not accept faxed prior auth requests...it must be called in by phone. By phone? is this 2023 or 1953? My doctors office has supplied MedImpact with everything they have requested only to have MedImpact state that they now need for the doctor to call them AGAIN. This is a new vendor through our employer and I hate it. Orders always disappear, never get updates, get different prices every time I call, the app/website is terrible, etc. the list goes on. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.
