Terrible service! I’ve been trying to get them to talk to my doctor for a prior authorization for over a month. They say he didn’t call, he says he did. Doc says they faxed it, they supposedly didn’t get it. They don’t do “outbound” calls. New way to exclude you from coverage!! I would never choose this place if I had a choice!!!!!!!
Worst customer service, I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my issues resolved with no help. They force you to use their specialty pharmacy which is also terrible. I’ve been waiting for over a month to get my medication.
Always denying and delaying my prescriptions. Very frustrating. Customer service reps are nice but have no power. Their website sucks too.
I’m so done. I can’t get any prescriptions filled . Everything needs a PA . My doctor is over it and probably won’t see me anymore.
