I went to drop off a urine sample. I should have went a lot earlier, but life gets in the way sometimes!! On their door says that they take the last patient at 3:50 pm. All of this was working against me seeing that I arrived at the door at 3:59 and the door was locked. At the insistence of my wife on my cell phone, I knocked on the door. 2 women looked at me, one shaking their head, but the other one came to the door and let me in. Awful customer service, there were 11 people waiting to hand in their paperwork, not once in 15 min did either philipino girl working behind the desk acknowledge anyone in the room!! If you had hired responsible people this wouldnt happen but you chose to hire staff that ignores people, no wonder health care is in the toilet!!
Used to be good but now has become too busy and crowded. Waiting area is very small.People have to stand and wait for long time. Staff is nice.
I'm very pleased with the service and knowledgeable staff. I never had a bad experience, so I don't know what is the negative reviews are for. They are doing the best to help the clients and if there is a lineup or short of stuff, it's not the fault of staff that working at the time of the visit . I highly recommend this location. Thank you.
They used to be efficient but since the one girl went on mat leave they are ‘short staffed’ and you have to wait so long just to register. The front desk girl was in the staff room for so long and line was getting long. She finally emerges than struggles with her computer login password. Please hire more people, we all come in a time crunch.
