I have a bad history of fainting during bloodwork, but when I went for bloodwork yesterday, the staff treated me with such care! The young girl working there who is a student (I wish got her name) is so kind and professional! I ended up fainting about halfway through my appointment with her, and she went above and beyond to care for me. I was given water, an icepack, and time to lay down before trying again. I went to drop off a urine sample. I should have went a lot earlier, but life gets in the way sometimes!! On their door says that they take the last patient at 3:50 pm. All of this was working against me seeing that I arrived at the door at 3:59 and the door was locked. At the insistence of my wife on my cell phone, I knocked on the door. 2 women looked at me, one shaking their head, but the other one came to the door and let me in. Awful customer service, there were 11 people waiting to hand in their paperwork, not once in 15 min did either philipino girl working behind the desk acknowledge anyone in the room!! If you had hired responsible people this wouldnt happen but you chose to hire staff that ignores people, no wonder health care is in the toilet!!

Used to be good but now has become too busy and crowded. Waiting area is very small.People have to stand and wait for long time. Staff is nice.
