I had a wonderful experience at the Med-Health Laboratories Ltd. today for my annual checkup and blood work. Mehrnaz, who took my blood, was especially kind and professional. She kept me engaged in conversation throughout the process and made sure I was distracted and comfortable, so I barely even noticed the blood draw! been here twice now and had an amazing experience! make sure to make an appointment, but they're very punctual and respect your appointment times! much better than life labs & supports canadians! the staff here is so kind and gentle, will continue to come back and recommend to others?
I went for a test here about a week ago. The nurse was very friendly and considerate, which I really appreciated. However, the office staff provided very limited information and did not ask whether I would like to receive my test results online. I later realized that, although I already have a Med-Lab online account, the results were not available there.
