I’ve had mixed experiences with MH Labs. The actual blood collection process has always been fine — the staff taking the samples are professional and efficient. However, the patient results portal is extremely frustrating. The website advertises 24/7 access to results, but in reality the login appears to stop working after business hours. When trying to log in, it simply shows “attempting to login” and then nothing happens. This makes it impossible to view not only new results but even previous tests outside of office hours.... read more

the lady used to take my blood the filipina woman is not there anymore i come to take my blood because of her is very good and always smile at you i know her long time i wish i know where she work now im going back to lifelabs i dont want this new people to take my blood no experience at all they poking and poking i dont recommend this place at all the result never receive and you call the main office indian lady they are rude this place are clean and smell good before but now i cant explained the smell. if you dont treat go... read more
This place is no longer as good as it use to be I would go with my Grandmother when The main girl at the front named Norah was there. She is no longer there, the place has gone down hill. I don’t know what happened to her but I wish she would come back. I don’t recommend coming here as the people in the front don’t know what’s going on. They are extremely rude!!!!!!!
Did my bloodwork here several times since they’ve opened. At first, they were flawless; fast appointments, quick & easy, and free parking. The latest visit had a young gentleman at the front desk, maybe he is new but communication was a bit difficult and confusing. Then, my fiancé went first and she got poked 3 times with no results, they couldn’t find her vein. This really upset her and made the experience uncomfortable.
