The staff at Med-Health Labs in Newmarket have no business working in healthcare. I came in this morning for bloodwork and politely requested a butterfly needle. A basic, reasonable request for someone with rolling veins and veins that hide. Instead, I was completely dismissed by two careless, unskilled female technicians who used a large thick needle and violently jabbed me twice, digging around inside my arm like I was some kind of practice dummy.
