Great experience here. My wife waited hours at the Naval Hosptial before evening being triaged due to the long wait we decided to come to Med First. The staff was very helpful and tended to her needs to fast it was great. Highly recommend.

My experience at Medford Urgent Care on Western Boulevard was extremely disappointing. When people visit an urgent care facility, they are often dealing with pain, illness, or concerns that require compassion, professionalism, and timely medical attention. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. The overall experience left much to be desired.
