Great office staff, wait wasn't terribly long. They care about their patients vs their paycheck. You feel like priority!
If I could leave zero stars I would. My baby boy developed several rashes on his bottom that started oozing so we decided to take him in because we were advised to by a friend that is a doctor in another state. We got there at 7:38pm and the sign says 8pm as well as the website. We obviously were worried about our little baby so I asked if they could see him and they said they stop seeing patients at 7:30, I said the sign says 8. This was hands down one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. Natalia at the front desk was so bubbly and welcoming — she instantly made me feel at ease. My nurse Shiloh was the bomb.com — kind, smiling, and treated me like family the whole time. Dr. James Lessard was my angel. He addressed every concern I had and made sure I left feeling taken care of and on the road to feeling better. Amazing staff from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

The receptionist was nice and Dr. James was wonderful! I try my best to stay away from doctors cause I’ve had so many bad experiences and time wasted with them but I’ve been sick off and on for 3 months so I decided it was time to start my journey on finding a doctor and who knew it would be one and done at this place, thank you Dr. James
