I brought my son in for a possible UTI. The nurse we had Shiloh was 10/10 phenomenal. She made my son feel so relaxed and didn't rush him and talked through everything! Its very rare you find compassionate and empathetic people in the medical field anymore but this nurse was the best I've encountered in a long time. She really took the cake in this experience and my son wont stop talking about how amazing she was.
Speedy service and the reception desk ladies were super friendly. 10 out of 5!!!

My 6 year old son was injured while playing. Rin at the front desk caught on immediately that we were underplaying how scared mommy was for him and kindly answered all his silly questions to keep him busy. She had great bedside manner! Natalia at the front desk was also professional and kind. The provider FNP Kacy & MA Priscilla took great care of him & clearly did a beautiful job. We were in and out in under an hour. This is by far the worst urgent care out of any in the area. My husband went in for a mandatory job urine test and waited almost 2 hours to pee in a cup (there was someone there with him who had already been there 2 hours when he got there), then he had to go back for a physical for his job and it took FOUR hours, 2 of those were waiting for the doctor to finally make his way in and sign a piece of paper.
