I don’t normally leave medical center reviews and the PA was very kind but wow is this place nuts! There was loud strange, ambient elevator, music playing in the main area which makes me understand why everyone all left that area and we’re consistently back giggling together and there was also no one waiting besides myself myself and my husband (bonus), However, when they took me back, I already suspected that I had some medical issues and I’ve never seen a nurse(?) Was seen quickly. Seemingly good diagnosis, and some guidance. Time will tell what the resolution is for this knee problem.
I have a been patient with Betty Haswell for years and before her someone else at this practice. It is now next to impossible to get an appointment or to talk to someone. Since they came under the Med First umbrella they failed.
The office staff and medical personnel are very kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve been working Dr. Betty Haswell for over 15 years and will never change practices.
