I had an appointment and waited only a short time before going back to the room. Lynn took very good care of me with a very calming voice and when she drew blood it was smooth and painless. When Doctor Tedrow came in, it was easy to see that she is a very kind and caring person, who is truly concerned with your health. I had an overall good experience. Staff was friendly very caring and ready to help. I'd love to give them 5☆ but when you work in the medical profession you should know NOT to put your fingers on the inside of a specimen cup. While waiting in the waiting room, sitting in the triage area, and then sitting in the exam room for the nurse practitioner to come in. I could hear another staff person coughing. This person had a horrible cough. Sounded like they were coughing up 2 of their 4 loves. Not to mention that it sounded like... read more
