I hate the dentist, it's always a bad experience. This time was the opposite. Very clean office, friendly staff. Was nervous for my extraction as I have issues getting numb, but they made sure multiple times I was nOt in pain. Normally my experience with extraction is about 20 minutes...he did it in 4 minutes...all one piece no shards. I was amazed. Thank you for this experience.
Treated with such respect and no wait. They took me back within a couple minutes of my appointment time. DeeDee was very sweet. She made me comfortable and communicated what she was doing.
I have dentist anxiety and Dr H at the Statesville office and his assistant were excellent in easing my fears and took extra time to work on my tooth so that I was no longer in pain and save the tooth. I am very impressed with the concern and professional I was shown!
After general cleaning, dentist decided that I needed #1and #2 teeth extracted. I agreed and even though I’m in a little pain, it was the best decision for me at the time. The staff is wonderful!
This was my first visit to a dentist in at least 5 years. I knew my teeth weren't in the best condition so I expected to be lectured and shamed because of it. DeeDee was absolutely phenomenal! She didn't make me feel bad, instead offered ways to help make the problem better. I am so thankful for her help and kindness today.
At first the woman who made my appointment was rude but after i came into the office she was really nice and polite. The dental assistant was extra nice to me i definitely will be coming back because of her. She made me feel welcomed.
This was a great experience for me everyone was wonderful. This place was well taken care of very clean. Everyone there was wearing the attire of correct of PPE. Great Experience I would recommend anyone to go they’re very nice people down to earth and understanding thank y’all for the amazing job y’all did
