I went their for an appointment and the lady at the front desk had an attitude with me for no reason. I asked one simple question and she gave me the stink eye and spoke to me in a rude tone. Very unprofessional. Needs more mature staff.
Been here many times. Appointment and Walk In. Have to plan on a minimum hour wait before being seen.

The staff from Stephanie at the front desk to my nurse Emily have been GREAT. They exemplify such a caring attitude towards their patients. Yes, I would recommend their services to anyone needing to medical care.

I have used Med First Primary since I moved here two years ago. Have been very happy. I see Whitney Crain. She is very thorough, takes the time to listen & asks pertaint questions.

The BEST Urgent Care Facility I have ever visited. Very clean space. All office personnel, Nurses and Doctor very professional, courteous, and helpful. I was in there and out in no time. I will never go to another Urgent Care Facility as long as they are here. Highly recommend💕 5 star rating for sure!!
The staff are always pleasant and professional. I appreciate that my symptoms were acted upon and appropriate testing was ordered.
