Best in town!! They really care about their patients.
This was a good place to come! The workers where excellent and very caring. The doctor that I had was very attentive to my concerns, so much that I am changing doctors! Good job guys! Keep up the great work
Mr. Knott and the entire staff have consistently been extremely helpful and prompt on taking care of our families medical needs. Highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the need for a primary care that listens and feels like family!
Dr. Michael Knotts is truly exceptional! He takes the time to really listen and never makes you feel rushed. He’s patient, understanding, and genuinely cares about your concerns. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and always manages to make you laugh — which makes every visit so much more comfortable. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines compassion, professionalism, and a friendly personality. I’m grateful to have a doctor like him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for attentive, quality care.
Customer service is cool. The professionalism of the business is trash. The people in the place pick up the phone half of the time. The hours of operation doesn’t match the one posted at the entrance. When they do open up they are 15 to 20 minutes late.
