I came in with severe congestion, fever(was not running at my visit, but had been all through the night and early morning), chills, and vomiting. I was told that “everyone gets a fever when they sleep” and I probably threw up because of said fever. I was tested in office for Flu, COVID, and strep throat which all came back negative. They also ran a viral test and would contact me in 24 hours with the results. Over 32 hours later, they contacted me to tell me that I had tested positive for COVID. I was shocked and angry. This was a good place to come! The workers where excellent and very caring. The doctor that I had was very attentive to my concerns, so much that I am changing doctors! Good job guys! Keep up the great work
Mr. Knott and the entire staff have consistently been extremely helpful and prompt on taking care of our families medical needs. Highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the need for a primary care that listens and feels like family!
