Excellent customer service!
I came in with severe congestion, fever(was not running at my visit, but had been all through the night and early morning), chills, and vomiting. I was told that “everyone gets a fever when they sleep” and I probably threw up because of said fever. I was tested in office for Flu, COVID, and strep throat which all came back negative. They also ran a viral test and would contact me in 24 hours with the results. Over 32 hours later, they contacted me to tell me that I had tested positive for COVID. I was shocked and angry.
