Dr. Michael Knotts is truly exceptional! He takes the time to really listen and never makes you feel rushed. He’s patient, understanding, and genuinely cares about your concerns. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor and always manages to make you laugh — which makes every visit so much more comfortable. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines compassion, professionalism, and a friendly personality. I’m grateful to have a doctor like him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for attentive, quality care.
Customer service is cool. The professionalism of the business is trash. The people in the place pick up the phone half of the time. The hours of operation doesn’t match the one posted at the entrance. When they do open up they are 15 to 20 minutes late.
Great Group of People
Went in on 12/31,lung check,said Pneumonia.Went to pick up meds,cough medicine prescribed was $67.00,no thank you. Returned on 1/14 late afternoon,coughing really bad.Checked lungs,not checked for anything else. Prescribed different meds, went to pick up meds, two prescriptions would have cost me over $100, no thank you. Felt bad enough that on 1/15 went to family doctor,tested positive for Covid. DonB
I brought my toddler in one evening because she was complaining of mouth discomfort. The physician took about 30 seconds to look at her and said he had no idea what was wrong with her and to try benadryl. The following morning, she was still uncomfortable so I brought her to her pediatrician. The nurse took one look at her and was able to correctly assess that she had Hand Foot Mouth.
