I've been using MedFast for about 30+ years both their retail stores and having meds. delivered to this day. Delivery is a nice plus because it lessens the burden when someone in your family or you and are to ill to wait in long chain store.pharmacy lines. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They all try to help you with your meds, questions, etc.. Rarely they are out of certain medls., but always willing.to order for your needs, most likely

I depend on this pharmacy for my daughter’s special-needs medication, but every interaction leaves me feeling discouraged and insulted. I’ve repeatedly been told they “lose money” every time her prescription is filled and that they’ll go out of business if I keep getting her medicine there. As a single parent just trying to care for my child, this feels incredibly unprofessional and confusing. I’m grateful they can fill the prescription at all, but the customer service has made me actively look for another option.
