Unprofessional. Make their own rules!
I depend on this pharmacy for my daughter’s special-needs medication, but every interaction leaves me feeling discouraged and insulted. I’ve repeatedly been told they “lose money” every time her prescription is filled and that they’ll go out of business if I keep getting her medicine there. As a single parent just trying to care for my child, this feels incredibly unprofessional and confusing. I’m grateful they can fill the prescription at all, but the customer service has made me actively look for another option.
