They really need to get EDUCATED and properly trained individuals for their front desk staff. I just stood in the lobby for an HOUR because the man working the front desk today 10/15/2025, was absolutely no help with registering for my visit. Rude, no empathy, careless, improperly trained man. Absolutely nothing nice to say about dealing with him. It’s a shame. Doctors saw me extremely fast and were very friendly. Was in and out in 45 minutes with a prescription for my illness.
This place is horrible. They say their open until 8pm but is a total lie it more like 7pm. They won't take any patients after that. I took my son their which had a very high fever. And they turned me away. I will never use this place ever again.
Was pretty quick but i was only there for a drug test
