Not even worth giving one star. I paid up front. I was referred to the to the mayo next door. They never refunded the money back. I was a college student at the time and they never even considered helping me out.
I was treated so politely at my visit. I felt the staff there REALLY cared about me. Thank you!
When we needed it, it was there. Thank you. Also, the staff was pleasant, including the doctor.
Don't go here if you want lab results within a few days. What you will get is obvious sighs of annoyance when you talk to the staff; giving you the best unprofessional experience your hard earned money doesn't deserve. The staff are burnt out and rude from the time you get there to the time you get your results. They make medical professionals look like trash. Thanks for setting a fine standard MedExpress. If there are other places to go, please go there.
