This was my first experience of care through the Veterans MISSION care alternative. I happened to choose this facility based on an old treatment through the previous operators. It turned out to be a serendipitous choice as I was well impressed with my treatment, both by those with whom I had occasion to act and the peripheral staff. My positive experience was bolstered by the extra effort required to shepherd me through CVSs inept and bungled prescription “ service”. Thank you Bon Secours
Prompt, efficient, professional, clean and unhurried. BTW. I am an MD and have run clinics myself.
The physicians assistant that I met with was wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly caring. Amazing service!! Additionally, it was convenient to do the paperwork on the app ahead of time, which may check in and check out easy.
