Went into the office once and had a wonderful experience and it was very quick. Unfortunately, I had to come back because my sample for my drug test was inconclusive. When I came in a second time I was told the machine was down and that I should come back around 1 pm. This was extremely frustrating for me as I live 15 miles away. Went in for pre-employment drug test and fingerprints appointment at 10am. Drove 15 miles to this place. Get there early and they tell me the machine has been down all day and won't be available till 1. This appears to be a reoccurring issue for years now based on other reviews. Why doesn't this company notify people with appointments that of these kind of set backs? Especially after multiple incidents and feedback. This company doesn't prioritize service and have an outdated business culture.
I went in for fingerprints and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great job!!!
In and out in five minutes! Super easy and fast. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable!
